Alan Sonfist: Princeton University Acquires Sonfist's Burning Forest of Santa Fe

Paul Rodgers is pleased to announce that the Princeton University Art Museum in Princeton, New Jersey has recently acquired Alan Sonfist’s sculpture Burning Forest of Santa Fe for its permanent collection. Originally commissioned by the Art Institute of Santa Fe, the sculpture made of 21 individual charred tree trunks and branches was shown in the Paul Rodgers/9W Gallery in summer of 2004.
